Free Delivery

Only available on orders over ￥9,500 (excluding Okinawa, Kagoshima (Kyushu Area), Hokkaido, and other islands)

Shipping Charges

￥1200 will be added if the order amount is under ￥9,500.

Public Holiday

Delivery is not available on Japanese public holidays.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled by phone before 1:00 PM on the same working day or the next working day if placed on a holiday. Once dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to receive the package and make full payment. If the order is canceled after the specified time and has already been dispatched, the customer will need to pay the shipping and handling costs.

Charges for Okinawa, Kyushu Area, and Hokkaido

An additional shipping charge of ￥1,200 applies.
Maximum cart weight is 20 kg.

Weight & Size Limits

Maximum weight is 20 kg and maximum box size is 120 cm.

Frozen Items

Additional shipping charges may apply for frozen items.

Payment Methods

Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery. Payment is collected by the delivery person (Tak Yubin Company, not our staff). If you don’t pay the full amount, the parcel cannot be delivered. Once dispatched, you cannot change the payment option, even if you contact us.

Delivery Timing:

  • Orders placed before 11:00 am (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the next day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 am on Saturdays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Special Sunday delivery requests can be made to the shop manager. Note: Orders placed after 10:00 am on Saturdays will not be delivered until Monday.
  • Delivery is not available on Sundays or Japanese public holidays.

Returns: If you receive a defective product or if there is an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. In case of any damage or accidents during delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly send a replacement at our expense.

Return Period: Refunds are available if you contact us within 3 days of purchase.

Return Process: To request a refund, please email or call us. We will transfer the purchase amount to your specified account within 3 days.

Please Note: Once your products have been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. However, if you wish to return the products, you will be responsible for all transport costs.
